Libertad

Imagen

Freedom

Imagen
I feel free in this crazy instant, a breath away from the abyss of my mind, a heartbeat from my emotions and under a flicker that blinds me. Free from needing and longing, vibrating like contained storm, roaring like vortex of the soul In sensual spreading of wings to life. Doesn’t holds me back name or path, not tied by destiny or past, daughter of wind and the soul’s passion, riding the breath of my Being. I summon you, lifetimes traveler to a meeting of glances. I invite you to share visions And maybe… just maybe I could love you as I am and you could love me as you are. Tibaire Cristina Gonzalez

To be or not to be...

Imagen
I should start this chapter with Hamlet’s opening line “to be or not to…”. The question is really to be yourself , but, when was the last time you felt fully and genuinely yourself? Give yourself a few minutes to travel throughout your life trying to keep with that question in mind, as you go through different stages and moments from your childhood to the present. I think the questions are always better than the answers, no matter how wise the latter might be. Questions always open portals, they keep you with a transcendent curiosity about your life and the experiences you are giving yourself. Dou you know how often my patients ask me “Doctor, is this what I’m feeling real love? Is this person the right one for me? I give my face of “Oh for God’s sake! if you don’t know what you feel who else might know? After some insistence I end giving up with a very simple explanation. You know you are really in love when you don’t mind about answering that question, and above all, when if ...

"Ser o no Ser"

Imagen

Courage

Imagen
Life is constant change, inevitably we will find ourselves in situations that offer us the dilemma of staying in the comfortable space of the known, even if that experience is already exhausted or risk living at full. A long time ago I stopped at a personal crossroads and said to myself, either I live for real or I die. It wasn’t easy at that time and I’ve passed after all sorts of new experiences, wonderful or terrible, mistakes and hits that I embrace alike. At every crossroads, I renew my choice to live for real, to dare in this adventure of knowing myself, of overcoming my limitations, to love, without letting fear paralyze me in the comfort of a lifeless life, without passion… without me. Courage is not the absence of fear but the bravery to face it and dare to cross into a new experience of ourselves and the world around us. Fear is not a weakness, it is inscribed in our human condition to assess potentially risky situations and protect us both physically and emotio...

Coraje

Imagen

Would you dare to write a poem to yourself?

Imagen
I have written many times for those I love, on the experiences lived, on my dawns and my storms, to the lover and the heartbreak; but never a chant to whom I am… and I wonder why? To say “I have learned to love Me” is almost a challenge to all heavens and demons imagined, an invitation that summons all our wounded aspects that come to defy us to demonstrate, like in a medieval tournament, our value to integrate them and the love to ourselves that could contain them. Some say, “I have learned to love myself”, but it only means that they have built a warm bunker to avoid being hurt, without risking living at full or allowing a true experience of love. Others repeat that phrase, but still, allow themselves shallow waters that do not honor their nature of oceanic depths. We have learned to put love outside; we have learned to be humble and disqualify our gifts or our ancient journey… We have believed that we are not the heroes of a magnificent human adventure. Today, be...
