Happy New Year... without lists
Every new year we stop at an imaginary two-way thread and a tide of lists, accounts, analysis and propositions breaks out for next year. We intend to dream of improving aspects of our lives, of making goals and expressing desires for what we want to experience. We make a list of what we achieved, what we should have done and the failures. We list what we have and what is lost, those who are and those who are gone, who we are and what we should be... and we make another list of new and repeated propositions.
Today I invite
you to take off from the flat, linear, and bidirectional thread, so that you
can observe the human tapestry, in which every light and dark color, every knot
and every turn are woven to draw a wonderful ocean of experiences. I invite you
to relax in a cozy and serene inner space, where you stop making lists of what
you want to process, improve, change, or achieve... to love you. For an
instant remember that everything
is well, You are well and that life is simply about
becoming aware of your own presence, of Being, of realizing all the threads or
aspects of yourself that are linked in this three-dimensional tapestry of
experiences to remind you of all that you are.
